Mother of 2 beautiful children, my joy thrives by bringing people together around celebrations where traditional ingredients, local produce, textures and nomadic life stories create culinary experiences beyond a simple symphony of flavors.

Wholesomeness & sustainability is where my energy is generated and nothing gives me more pleasure than sharing it with her surroundings. If feeding people heals the body & soul, then the food itself is the connection between humans and places where trust and harmony are established, "Lalla Mina" was a culinary dream that manifested itself through my long loving desire to share with others, a name deeply rooted in her family's DNA.

Born in Rabat and raised in Casablanca, Morocco, I was always surrounded by captivating scents, succulent meals and sensual music. Every day was a celebration of flavors in my house. My mother and grandmothers (teachers by tradition), were amazing home chefs that inspired me to develop a profound love for the art of cooking & hosting.

In my early 20s, I embarked on a journey that would bring her to the US. I earned my first culinary stripes in renowned establishments of Philadelphia and Chicago.

The dance of life would further lead my family to sunny Californla, and Los Angeles gracefully welcomed me for a new chapter. From dreams to signature dishes sold in farmers' markets, from cooking classes to private catered parties, my adventure has transcended beyond sensual.
