Cancellation Policy

In order to receive a full refund of the Experience fees, the Guest must request a cancellation at least 24 hours before the start of the Experience.

If the cancellation is made less than 24 hours before the start of the Experience, fees won’t be refunded. 

Anybe may able to give Guest a refund or waive the cancellation penalties if Guest have to cancel because of an unexpected circumstance that’s out of Guest’s control. Penalty-free cancelations are only available for extenuating circumstances that occur before the official  date for Guest’s Experience.

Circumstances that require documentation

1) Death of a Guest or Guide, immediate family member, or caregiver. Guest will be asked to provide one of these documents:

  • Death certificate
  • Obituary
  • News article naming the deceased
  • Police report
2) Unexpected serious illness or injury affecting a Guest or Guide. Guest will be asked to provide a statement from a physician confirming. The statement must be also dated after the reservation was booked and provided within 14 days of cancellation.

3) Government-mandated obligations including jury duty, travel restrictions, court appearances, and military deployment. Guest will asked to provide a copy of the official notice dated after the reservation was booked, including the name of the person fulfilling the obligation.

4) Transportation disruptions that make it impossible to come to the place of the Experience, including road closures and flight cancellations due only to airport closures. This includes closures and cancellations caused by natural disasters such as earthquakes or severe storms. Guest will be asked to provide a notice of the road closure, or notice of the airport closure, or documentation from the airline that the flight was canceled due to airport closure.

5) Natural disasters, terrorist activity, and civil/political unrest.

6) Endemic disease or illness that suddenly affects a region or an entire group of people.

7) Travel restrictions imposed by a government, law enforcement agency, or military that restrict travel to or from the experience location.

8) Safety and security threat advisories issued for the Experience location or the guest party’s departure location.

9) Essential utility outages that affect the Experience location.
If you’ve confirmed your circumstance meets the requirements above, first cancel your reservation and then contact Anybe to file a claim. Anybe will provide you with a few steps. Claims must be submitted within 14 days of cancellation.
