Be an interior designer

I am a founder of Concept Buro and have over 20 years of experience in interior design. Since 2018, I've been based in Los Angeles. Graduated from Central Saint Martins College of Art & Design in London. I specialize in the creation of multifaceted residential, hotel, commercial, and retail spaces. Concept Buro has completed more than 150 projects all over the world, including US, Morocco, Italy, France, Russia, UK, etc.

Outline:

• Meeting, basic introduction to design project stages, interior design software, ways to present a project to the customer
• Creating the contract (pricing, stages of work)
• An introduction to the fundamentals of developing customer terms of reference (terms of reference assist in obtaining accurate references from customers as well as understanding their stylistic preferences and avoiding misunderstandings)
• Developing the design concept (what to consider while selecting a style)
• A basic understanding of a design project's composition, project decoration, and sketch project (a set of drawings)
• Development of specifications for decorative finishing materials, furniture, fixtures, and accessories
• A site visit, a brief dimensioning course, and video/photo shoots for drawings
• Lunch break
• Visit to the showroom (1-2), material selection for the specification sheet
