About, Nika & Alex
We are Chase the Comet — a rising female-fronted alternative rock band! We, Nika (vocals, manager, SMM) and Alex (guitar, sound producer) will welcome you to our home studio and/or backstage to their show!
Finalists of the Russian TV show like American Idol, we have produced many recordings not only for ourselves and our past bands but for movies and other performers.
As a session musician, Alex opened up for Metallica, Muse, Linkin Park to name a few.
Chase the Comet released 2 full-length albums, had a few tours around the US and a few label negotiations and worked with the manager who launched Taylor Swift’s career.
We are happy to show you what it means to be a fully independent musician nowadays!
What this experience is about

If you are with us on a recording/practice day, activities will look like this:
9-11 am - gym, jogging, morning exercise, meditation
11-12 pm - home-made breakfast (healthy, vegan)
12 pm - 5 pm - recording at home studio or full band rehearsal at a rehearsal space (discussed in advance) - you can bring your piece of music and have it recorded/arranged!
5 pm - 6 pm - lunch/dinner
7 pm - 11 pm - Evening jam/shenanigans at friends’ place
On a show day:

12 pm - 5 pm - show prep/soundcheck
5 pm - 6 pm - lunch/dinner
7 pm - 11 pm - show/after-party
