About, Lana
Born and raised in Russia, I had my first body art artwork exhibition in 2009 at the Museum of Photographic Art in San Diego.
Shortly after that, I was among 12 contestants of the popular TV show Skin Wars (Season 2). I ended up taking first place in the body painting reality competition hosted by Rebecca Romijn and RuPaul. After being broadcasted worldwide, it is now available on Netflix.
In 2016 I premiered my brush line for bodypainting with Royal & Langnickel at the International Make-up Convention IMATS in LA. Later that year my team took 3rd place in the Art Installation award at World Bodypainting Championship WBF in Austria with the underwater project "Alice Under the Sea Tea Party".
The same year I became an IMATS educator, where I did multiple demos and master classes at the conventions in LA & NY.
A year later I released my first Coloring Book "My Art Your Art Our Art". I have extensive experience working with such giants as Disney, 20th Century Fox, Lucent Dossier, Hannah Mermaid, Tim Tadder, Cabi, GSN channel, Rare Ltd / Xbox. You can catch my body painting at the Snapchat, Playboy, Comic-Con, WonderCon, Fantasy Fest, Elon Musk, Kaiser events.
